Sonny Gann is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. He is dedicated to providing Christian based, personalized care to each of his clients and is committed to ongoing training and education to stay up to date on the latest research and techniques.
The Approach
Sonny Gann is an experienced counselor using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, and other experiential forms of therapy, to help clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a Christian based, holistic approach to mental health, addressing the whole person.
